1. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Payment is made in cash to the courier employee upon delivery of your order.
- Cost: Free of charge.
2. Bank Transfer
Your order will be processed once we receive a copy of the bank deposit at info@blackdiamond.com.gr (Attn: Savvas Lazaridis).
- Important: You must include your Order Number as the payment reference/justification.
- Processing Time: Delivery times begin from the date the deposit is confirmed.
- Bank Fees: All bank transaction fees and commissions are to be borne entirely by the customer.

3. In-Store Payment
Select “In-Store Payment” to pay when picking up your order. Once your items are ready, you will be notified via email or telephone.
- In our physical store, we accept Cash and Card payments (POS).
4. Credit, Debit, Prepaid Card or IRIS
When choosing card payment, you will be securely redirected to the Bank’s payment gateway to complete the transaction. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and IRIS cards from all banks.
