Shipping Methods

1. Store Pickup

Select “Store Pickup” to collect your order in person. Once your items are ready, you will be notified via email or telephone to schedule your pickup.

2. Nationwide Shipping (Courier Service)

Orders are delivered to the shipping address specified during checkout. We typically contact you by phone to confirm your measurements/order details.

  • Delivery Time: Usually 2-5 working days.
  • Remote Areas: For some remote locations or islands, delivery may take an additional 1-2 working days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Please note that for COD orders, a mandatory phone confirmation is required to verify your details and order intent. If we cannot reach you, we will send an SMS and/or email. If there is still no communication, the order will be canceled for security reasons.
  • Shipping Costs: Free shipping on all orders.

Package Loss & Delays

BLACK DIAMOND is not responsible for delivery delays or package loss caused by the courier company. If you do not receive your order within the specified timeframe, we will initiate an investigation with the courier, which may take up to 14 days.

  • No compensation or reshipment can be issued during this investigation period.
  • If the package is not located within 14 days, the order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued via bank transfer.
  • Refund Process: To process your refund, we will require the following information: Account Beneficiary Name, IBAN, and Bank Name.
