General Return Policy
If you wish to exchange or return a product, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to do so. For products ordered through our online store, exchanges and returns are processed exclusively through the e-shop, in accordance with our policy as detailed below.
Custom-Made & Tailored Items
Please note that according to EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal and the 14-day return period do not apply to products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., garments tailored to your specific measurements). These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
Product Condition
All products undergo quality control before shipment. Therefore, they must be returned in the exact same condition as received, in their original, complete packaging. Any evidence that the product has been used will void the possibility of an exchange or return.

- Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us immediately, stating your order number.
Defective Products
In the event of a defective product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Depending on the case, we will proceed with a repair, replacement, or a full refund. Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the initial purchase. For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, the refund will be issued via bank transfer to an account provided by you.
Late or Missing Refunds

Verification Policy
For your best service, we recommend recording a video of the unboxing process and taking photos of the product. In the event of a defective item, these will be required for verification of your claim.
