📐 Size Verification Process (Custom Tailoring)
Since Black Diamond premium leather products are handmade and can be tailored to your exact measurements, we always contact you before production begins to verify your size details and ensure a perfect fit.
- Orders within Greece: We will contact you via phone within 24 hours of placing your order.
- International Orders (European Union): We will contact you immediately via Email, WhatsApp, or Viber. Please check your inbox (as well as your Spam/Junk folder).
Important Note: Estimated preparation and delivery times will only begin after your measurements have been successfully verified. Any delay in your response will adjust the shipment date accordingly.
1. In-Store Pickup
Select “In-Store Pickup” to collect your order in person. Once your items are ready (following size verification), you will be notified via email or phone to schedule your pickup.
2. Domestic Shipping (Greece)
Orders are delivered to the shipping address specified during checkout.
- Delivery Time: 5-7 business days (includes tailoring/preparation time and transit).
- Remote Areas: For certain remote regions or islands, delivery may take an additional 1-2 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Please note that for COD orders, a mandatory phone confirmation is required to verify your details and order intent. If we are unable to reach you, we will send an SMS and/or email. If there is still no communication, the order will be cancelled for security reasons.
- Shipping Fees: Free Shipping on all orders within Greece.
3. International Shipping (European Union Countries)
For shipments to European Union countries, we offer two options at Checkout:
- DHL Express Premium Shipping: Fast and fully secure air freight delivery directly to your doorstep.
- Total Time (Tailoring + Delivery): 7-9 business days [📄 1, 📄 2].
- Cost: 60€ flat rate (Free for orders over 500€).
- Standard Shipping via Hellenic Post (ELTA): Budget-friendly delivery via the National Post (Registered Shipping).
- Total Time (Tailoring + Delivery): 10-14 business days.
- Cost: 30€ flat rate (Free for orders over 500€).
International Shipping Note: All orders include a Tracking Number, which is automatically emailed to you as soon as your package is handed over to the carrier.

Package Loss & Delays
BLACK DIAMOND is not responsible for delivery delays or package loss caused by the courier company or postal services. If you do not receive your order within the specified timeframe, we will initiate an investigation with the respective carrier (DHL or Hellenic Post), which may take up to 14 days.
- No compensation or reshipment can be made during this investigation period.
- If the package is not located within 14 days, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
- Refund Process: To process your refund, we will require the following information: Account Holder’s Name, IBAN, and Bank Name.
